Sacramento River Late Fall salmon fishing.

The beginning of this years Sacramento River Late Fall salmon fishing on the Sacramento River is here.  Anglers looking for some of the biggest and brightest king salmon that the Sacramento River has to offer can give the Sacramento River try in November and December.  These bright kings are just trickling in at the time of this report and should build through all of November and mid December.  This run is short and is open to anglers through December 16th with the daily limit of two king salmon and a possession limit of four kings.  Back trolling sardine wrapped kwikfish style lures like the Brad’s KF-16 Killerfish plugs are all that is needed to catch these trophy king salmon like the one pictured today.  Todays king salmon pic was a 43 pound Sacramento River Late Fall king salmon caught on a previous late November guided salmon fishing trip with Dave Jacobs Professional Guide Service.

Call today to reserve a day on the Sacramento River with salmon fishing guide Dave Jacobs for the seasons best king salmon through December 16th.  Trips available seven days a week for both small and large groups.
