Sacramento River sturgeon fishing guides.

Now that Northern California is finally receiving some good soaking rains,  the high river flows from this weeks runoff will attract the beginning of the Sacramento River sturgeon run.  These white sturgeon run in a variety of sizes including keeper sized white sturgeon for anglers to take home if they would like.  As you can see from the photo above, we offer day trips for Sacramento River sturgeon December through April.  Winter is a very good time to come sturgeon fishing with Sacramento River sturgeon fishing guide Dave Jacobs.  A sturgeon report card along with your California fishing license is required for all white sturgeon trips.  All oversized white sturgeon must be released unharmed back into the river.  These trips are ideal for those traveling from the city where time is a issue as these trips are close enough to travel to and from in the day.
