Late Fall Sacramento River salmon.

The largest king salmon are caught every November and December on the Sacramento River during the late Fall king salmon run.  These salmon are typically 30 to 50 pounds and are true trophies.  My team of guides have caught all of our 40 to 50 plus pound king salmon every year in November and December.  The fish arrive in early November and continue to show through the salmon season closure of December 16th.  Here is one of the 44 pound kings we caught around Thanksgiving time on the Sacramento River with Sacramento River salmon fishing guide Dave Jacobs.  As you can see these are very fresh king salmon and they will be here in November!

I am now taking bookings for these trips and they book up extremely fast.  There are just a handful of late Fall Sacramento River salmon fishing guides that I know can take you and your guests out and catch these trophy salmon.  Now is the time to book your Sacramento River salmon fishing vacation in November and December with Dave Jacobs Professional Guide Service.
