Sacramento River fishing guide

Salmon fishing on the Sacramento River is now open above and below the Red Bluff Diversion Dam as of Friday August 1st. The upper river opener near the Barge Hole produced limit salmon fishing for many.  Guide Mark Mlcoch and his group boater a six salmon limit up to 30 pounds on the Sacramento River above Red Bluff.  Pictured here is Jerry Hughes from Chico with another quality Fall run king salmon while out with Sacramento River fishing guide Dave Jacobs of Professional Guide Service.  Salmon fishing is building everyday as more salmon push up the Sacramento River for the Fall spawn as reported by Sacramento River fishing guide Dave Jacobs.
