July 30th Sacramento River salmon fishing report.

This July 30th Sacramento River salmon fishing report is courtesy of Dave Jacobs Professional Guide service. We are just a couple of days away from the upper Sacramento River salmon fishing opener on August 1st.  I am currently catching king salmon in the lower section of the Sacramento River back bouncing roe and sardine wrapped plugs.  Here is Larry Evans from Santa Cruz with his Sacramento river king caught on a sardine wrapped plug.  There are new fresh kings moving through daily.  The best guide boats are available for you and your guests now for all of August, September and October.  Dave Jacobs Professional Guide Service is available to fish seven days a week.
